This print is from Tula Pink's collection called Curiouser and Curiouser, her Alice in Wonderland collection. 

Different colours of trim and contrasting pockets add lots of colour. It ties at the neck and has two side ties. Made of quality quilting cotton it is washable on warm. Don't bleach and iron if you're a masochist.
